Project Manager (Construction) – Jointly

Jointly is a commercial construction business delivering high quality projects at Melbourne Airport. From terminal upgrades and hospitality fitouts to essential services and infrastructure works, our projects offer the opportunity to work in a busy and unique environment.

With an established presence at Melbourne Airport and a robust pipeline of upcoming work, we’re looking for great people to join our team and help deliver projects that keep the airport moving.

You will be hardworking and enthusiastic, responsible for managing projects from start to finish, leading the site and office team to deliver successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure projects are run safely and HSEQ policies are followed.
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are run within the set deadlines & budget limitations




- Manage all facets of procurement and subcontractor management via Jointly's management platform - Procore
- Preparation of detailed construction programmes
- Provide leadership to a team of contract & project administrators.
- Liaise with clients and architects to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Previous Experience

- Airport project experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technically complex projects with Design & Construct focus
- Good working knowledge of Aconex, Procore & MS Project
- 4-7 years of commercial construction project management experience is required

Education

- Relevant tertiary qualifications well regarded
