Downer Group is seeking a Zero Harm Performance and Programs Manager to govern strategic Zero Harm initiatives and drive improvements in health, safety and wellbeing outcomes. You will report to the Head of Zero Harm Performance and Assurance and lead critical safety programs across the business.

You will analyse performance data, develop dashboards and communication materials, and build capability through training content.
