Key Responsibilities

- Deliver secure, person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with clinical standards and organisational policies.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient and resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
- Monitor patient and resident conditions and escalate clinical concerns when required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Support patients, residents, and families with empathy and professionalism.

What We're Looking For





- Relevant qualifications and current registration or certification, where applicable.
- Current AHPRA registration for registered and enrolled nurses.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in acute care, private hospitals, rehabilitation, or aged care settings highly regarded.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, where applicable to the role.
- Full Australian working rights.
