Help build AI capability from the ground up and shape how AI transforms banking.

As AI Product Owner, you’ll turn high-value business opportunities into safe, adopted and measurable AI products. Working across business, technology, data, risk and change, you’ll take AI use cases from initial idea through prioritisation, delivery, adoption and value realisation.

You’ll join TMBLs AI Division context as its AI capability and operating model are still being established, creating an opportunity to help shape how emerging AI technologies are assessed and introduced.

Why this role matters

AI is part of TMBL’s broader technology transformation, and this role connects promising AI opportunities with real business and member outcomes. You’ll help establish product roadmaps, prioritise use cases and ensure solutions progress with the right governance, risk, privacy and security considerations.

The chance spans generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation and agentic AI, with exposure to the Microsoft AI ecosystem including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform.

What you’ll do In this role, you’ll:

- Build and maintain AI product roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- Turn business problems into prioritised AI use cases, product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead cross-functional delivery across AI engineering, data science, architecture, risk, change and business teams
- Embed responsible AI by working with Privacy, Cyber Security, Compliance and Risk
- Establish measures for adoption, benefits and business outcomes, using performance data and feedback to improve products
- Assess emerging AI capabilities and work with technology vendors and platform providers

What you’ll bring

Essential

- Product Owner, Product Manager, business transformation or digital delivery experience
- Experience delivering AI, analytics, automation or digital initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams




- The ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology solutions
- An understanding of data, analytics and AI concepts

Nice to have

- Experience with generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Claude or Copilot Studio, or with agentic AI
- Financial services or another regulated-industry background
- Knowledge of AI governance, privacy and risk management
- Experience working with AI vendors and technology platforms
