Role Description This full-time, on-site Architectural Designer – Visualization role is based in Brisbane, QLD. The position involves developing high-quality visualizations, including 3D models, renderings, and diagrams that effectively communicate design intent for multi-residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Day-to-day tasks include supporting concept and schematic design, preparing presentation materials, assisting with construction documentation, and coordinating visuals with the broader project team.

The role requires close collaboration with architects and interior designers to refine spatial layouts, façade treatments, and master planning diagrams.

The Architectural

Designer will also contribute to design reviews, help maintain visualization standards, and ensure deliverables align with project schedules.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience contributing to concept and detailed design phases as well as solid aesthetic judgement and architectural design sensibility.
- Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings and Drawing, including the ability to support documentation and clearly communicate technical information.
- Candidates should possess skills in Urban Planning and related spatial planning concepts, particularly for multi-residential and mixed-use developments.
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software (Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, D5 Rendering, Magnific) and full Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Presentation Concepts) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel and Word for Development Schedules
- Strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and develop design briefs are important.
- Effective communication, collaborative working style, and the ability to manage tasks to meet deadlines are required
- Exceptional 3D visualization and rendering capabilities.
- Proactive, creative, and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be a qualified architect and possess a completed degree in architecture
- Must be able to work in the Brisbane office Monday - Friday within the business hours
