We are seeking an experience and reliable Accounts All-Rounder to join our team in Narrabeen.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experience finance professional who is confident managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and end-to-end payroll. In this role you will work closely with the Finance Manager to provide accurate and timely financial reporting and assist in the day-to-day accounting functions.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage end to end payroll processing

- Manage accounts payable

- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

- Support at Home administration - opening packages and setting up funding

- Support at Home supplier registration

- Support at Home supplier payments

- Manage Accounts Receivable invoicing

- Assist with general accounting and administration duties as required





About you:

- Minimum 5 years payroll experience

- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with Xero highly regarded

- Strong Excel skills

- A willingness and positive attitude to learn all aspects of the organisations accounting function

- Solid problem-solving skills, able to challenge the status quo, and present alternative solutions/form conclusions
