Not all Assistant Accountant opportunities are created equal. This one is genuinely different. We're partnering with a highly successful, fast-growing beauty business with an impressive story, ambitious plans and a culture that's difficult to describe until you've experienced it.

Walk into the office and you can feel the energy. It's busy, cooperative and full of talented people who genuinely enjoy what they're building together.

As the business has grown, so has its finance team, creating opportunities for ambitious people to develop, take on more responsibility and build exciting careers.

And that's exactly the sort of person we're looking for.

The opportunity

You'll join an experienced, supportive finance team where learning is encouraged, curiosity is welcomed and good ideas matter, regardless of who they come from.

Yes, there are important foundations to the role – reconciliations, journals, month-end, inventory and e-commerce transactions – but this isn't somewhere you'll simply be given a list of tasks to complete.

You'll also be encouraged to:

- Understand the numbers and what drives them
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business
- Get involved in projects, analysis and problem-solving
- Ask questions, challenge assumptions and contribute ideas

Who we're looking for You'll ideally have 1–3 years' accounting experience, although we'd welcome applications from exceptional graduates with the right attitude. We're looking for someone bright, curious, proactive and genuinely enthusiastic about building a career in accounting.

Someone who takes ownership, enjoys learning and isn't afraid to ask questions.

Someone who wants to make the most of an opportunity, rather than simply find their next job.

Interested?

If you're looking for an opportunity to learn from experienced finance professionals, contribute to a successful and ambitious business, and build a career with genuine potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Applicants must have unrestricted Australian working rights.
