Lifeline Australia is seeking an In-Shift Support – Digital – Remote Supervisor to join our Digital Services team in Sydney. This role monitors crisis support sessions, coordinates on-duty CS staff, and ensures real-time support during shifts across the Lifeline network.

You will facilitate debriefs, manage emergencies, and drive continuous service improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a remote travel context.
