The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a creative and hands-on Videographer & Content Creator to join a growing property development company in Brisbane. This role is perfect for someone who loves being behind the camera, enjoys the editing process and knows how to turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality digital content. Working across a variety of residential developments, you'll have the opportunity to capture everything from construction progress and behind-the-scenes footage through to completed homes, lifestyle content and customer experiences. You'll have access to company-supplied equipment, allowing you to focus on what you do best: creating outstanding content

Your responsibilities will include:

- Filming and producing engaging video content across residential developments and projects.
- Editing footage, creating cut-downs and repurposing content for various digital platforms.
- Producing short-form videos, reels and social media content.
- Capturing photography and drone footage where required.
- Creating engaging visual content for websites, social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials.
- Developing creative concepts and bringing new content ideas to the team.
- Managing the video production process from initial concept through to final edit.
- Working alongside the wider team to ensure content is consistent with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

The Candidate

We're looking for someone creative, proactive and passionate about producing great visual content. You might currently be working as a Videographer, Video Editor,



Content Creator or Digital Content Producer, or perhaps you're a freelancer looking for the stability of a full-time role.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- Previous experience filming, producing and editing video content.
- Strong video editing skills, including creating short-form cut-downs for social media.
- Experience using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- A creative eye for composition, lighting, transitions and storytelling.
- An understanding of content formats across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Confidence working independently and managing multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver polished, engaging content.
- Photography and drone experience would be advantageous.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your previous work.

Experience within property, construction or real estate would be beneficial but is certainly not essential. We're interested in finding someone who brings fresh ideas and a creative approach to content production.

Our client is an established property development company delivering residential projects across Southeast Queensland. With a focus on creating quality homes and communities, they are looking to strengthen their digital presence through engaging, authentic and visually appealing content.
