Karara Mining Limited, an Ansteel Group company, seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the site-based team. The HRBP will work with site management to align HR practices with business needs and provide strategic HR advice and guidance.

This position operates on 5 days on 2 days off / 4 days on 3 days roster FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton, delivering organisational development and policy compliance while partnering with leadership across the site.
