South Pacific Health Clubs is one of Melbourne's most established premium fitness clubs, located inside the iconic St Kilda Sea Baths. We've built a robust reputation around community, service, and genuinely great facilities - and we're continuing to raise the bar.

Our club offers something truly unique, including Victoria's only saltwater pool using natural ocean water, a brand-new Reformer Pilates studio, and major gym upgrades that give members a standout training experience.

We're looking for a motivated Membership Consultant to join our sales team. This role operates on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, so weekend availability (Saturday) is essential.

The Role

This is a sales role for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and hitting targets.

You'll be responsible for:

- Selling new memberships and managing renewals

- Turning enquiries into booked appointments and sales

- Reaching out to potential members and generating leads

- Showing people around the club and helping them see the value of what we offer

- Building genuine connections that turn into long-term members

It's a role that rewards consistency, follow-up, and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Be Doing

- Working towards (and exceeding)



monthly sales targets

- Calling and following up leads - both inbound and outbound

- Running club tours and creating a great first impression

- Keeping your pipeline organised and up to date

- Following up anyone who's enquired, visited, or missed an appointment

- Handling membership admin and keeping records accurate

- Taking part in training and sales campaigns

- Promoting additional services and programs

- Working closely with the team to create a great member experience

About You

You'll likely:

- Have a background in sales (fitness experience is a bonus, not essential)

- Be confident, well-presented, and easy to talk to

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Be organised and consistent with follow-up

- Communicate clearly and build rapport easily

- Take ownership of your results

- Be motivated by goals, growth, and being part of a team

- Have a genuine interest in health and fitness
