What we are looking for in you

- The ability to see the bigger picture, identify opportunities and turn ideas into practical initiatives.
- Experience in economic development, business, commerce or regional development, with an understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing regional communities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills with the confidence to engage with businesses, investors, government and community stakeholders.




- Proven ability to lead projects, secure funding, manage budgets and deliver measurable outcomes.
- A proactive, solution focused attitude with the confidence to challenge traditional thinking and explore new possibilities.
- Strong collaboration skills and the drive to bring people together around a shared vision.
