Construction Admin Manager - Insurance Building (Prime)

You know Prime inside out. You have spent years in construction admin, and you are the person who fixes the process when it is not working. We are seeking a Construction Admin Manager for our client, a leading insurance repair builder based in Brisbane.

About us

Our client manages insurance repairs from make-protected through to completion, working closely with insurers, specialist consultants and trades. The role sits alongside their estimators and site teams.

About the role

You will have been in construction for several years, predominantly using Prime. In the offices you have worked in, you have built better workflows and processes so the team could work more efficiently and effectively. You want to do that again, with a team that will let you.

The role can be based in the Brisbane office, or partly remote. That flexibility is rare in this market, and it suits people living in more regional and rural areas.

Run the admin and workflow side of insurance repair jobs in Prime, from make-safe through to completion

Liaise with customers, insurers and trades by phone and video

Coordinate specialist reports (roofing, leak detection, solar and more)





Schedule and manage trades

Review reports, photos and trade documentation for accuracy and completeness

Make sure all documentation is compiled correctly before submission, so jobs are not delayed

Support scope updates and handover to estimators and submissions teams

Improve workflows and processes as you go, and help the team follow them

About you

Several years in construction, insurance construction or restoration admin

A track record of building better workflows and processes

Sharp attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical reports

Excellent communication and organisation, by phone and video

Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
