Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a Finance Director / Deputy CFO for a rapidly expanding national growth business. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the national finance function across financial control, FP&A; and governance.

You will build the team, shape strategic finance initiatives, and partner with the CEO and Board to drive capital management and treasury as the business scales. This is a high-visibility role with broad remit and solid progression as the company expands across states.
