NiCE is seeking a Lead AI Software Engineer to join as a hands-on, customer-facing role delivering AI-driven and Conversational AI solutions across the NICE CXone ecosystem. You will implement, configure, and deliver across customer environments, building integrations and producing deployment materials.

In this role, you will collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Consultants and Project Managers, lead PoCs, support go-live activities, and ensure quality, security, and usability standards
