Lifeline Direct (LLD) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lifeline Australia. LLD focuses on supporting the development and ongoing implementation of suicide prevention and community wellbeing programs in the regions which we operate while looking for opportunities to grow Lifeline’s services in geographical areas where they do not currently exist.

LLD encompasses Lifeline Centres in Hunter region, Central Coast, Eastern Suburbs-Bondi, New England North West, Northern NSW, Geelong and South West Victoria, Northern and Western Melbourne. Our specialised and targeted servicesoperate nationally via a telehealth model.

About the Role

The Warehouse & Logistics Assistant role is based at our Morisset warehouseand plays an important part in supporting Lifeline’s retail operations through the safe and efficient collection, transportation, and delivery of goods and donated items. Working closely with the Truck Driver and Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will assist with daily logistics activities and provide relief driving support when required.

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive team member who takes pride in working safely and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll help ensure goods are loaded, transported, stored, and unloaded with care, while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety at all times.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. When not out on deliveries or collections,



you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills and support the warehouse team with a range of operational tasks that keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be comfortable working independently, as well as collaborating with others to achieve shared goals. Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive attitude, a robust work ethic, and the physical capability to meet the demands of this active and rewarding role.

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Current Class C Driver’s License coupled with a safe driving record
- Forklift license (not essential but desirable) or willing to obtain one within 12 months
- Demonstrated experience or willing to learn how to operate a light truck
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the position
- The ability to maintain a high level of internal and external customer service
- Ability to work unsupervised or with limited supervision and be able to prioritize own workload
- Willingness to promote and participate in a team environment
- Have a positive attitude and outstanding personal presentation
- Cultural sensitivity, diversity and awareness
- Able to work safely and productively to achieve the aims of the warehouse
