This role is based in Nowra, with the option to work from our Corrimal office some of the time if that suits you. We’re happy to discuss what this could look like.

We’re an OT-led community practice supporting people across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven since 2014, with clinics in Nowra and Corrimal.

We value practical, person-centred occupational therapy, thoughtful clinical reasoning and helping people do the things that matter to them.

Where could your experience take you?

Our team works across paediatrics, adult services and aged care, with expertise in assistive technology, seating and mobility, complex equipment, rehabilitation, home modifications and driving.

We’d love to understand your experience, the work you enjoy and what you’d like to develop further.

broadening your practice or developing towards education and leadership.

You’ll work alongside our Nowra colleagues, with access to clinical expertise and learning opportunities across Facilitate OT.

Supervision, mentoring and professional development support continued growth at every stage of your career.

Our ECOTs (Early Career OTs) and HOOTs (Highly Operational OTs) also have access to structured peer support facilitated by a senior team leader. It reflects the value we place on a secure, reflective environment where clinicians can share perspectives, work through challenges and learn together.

You’ll need:

- A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.

- Medicare provider eligibility when required for your role.

- A Working With Children Check and National Police Check.

- A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle—travel allowance applies.
