Appletree Family Practice in Charlestown, NSW, seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator/Senior Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team. The role blends day-to-day clinical leadership with coordination of the treatment room and dedicated Chronic Disease Management and preventive health services.

You will work closely with GPs, nursing colleagues and the Practice Manager to maintain a positive, well-organised clinical workplace and deliver high-quality patient care.
