Youth Law Australia is seeking a senior People and Culture Director to lead workforce planning, culture, learning and development, and the employee lifecycle. The role reports to the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, providing practical strategic advice and hands-on leadership in People & Culture across the organisation.
This standalone P&C; role offers flexible schedule (0.6–0.8 FTE) with options to work remotely from anywhere in Australia or in a hybrid arrangement from YLA's Sydney
