We are seeking a Change Analyst to join a significant transformation program with a leading client in the telecommunications sector. Operating in close partnership with a Change Manager, you will drive core documentation, governance frameworks, and impact assessments to ensure change initiatives run seamlessly across complex delivery streams.

Key Responsibilities

- Analytical Heavy Lifting: Conduct detailed change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and data gathering across multiple technology and business delivery streams.
- Governance & Documentation: Maintain key change management artefacts, tracking logs, change readiness dashboards,



and governance reports to keep the program on track.
- Stakeholder Support: Engage effectively with cross-functional teams, business leads, and vendor partners.
- Change Manager Partnership: Provide high level operational support to the Change Manager, taking ownership of administrative and analytical tasks, freeing up the CM to focus on key deliverables.

Key Requirements

- Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise across change impact assessments, training readiness, and stakeholder mapping methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Is comfortable dealing with difficult stakeholders and challenging environments.
- Experience within the telecommunications sector is highly regarded.
