About Us The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.

About the role

- Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
- Build and develop professional relationships with all clients and ensuring that conference centre facilities and services are promoted to prospective clients.
- Supervise day to day Conference requirements.
- Ensure that conference centre premises are maintained, presentable and clean at all times.
- Completes administrative duties in a timely manner with attention to detail.
- Assist in managing food & beverage,



dry goods and supply stocks and ordering whilst meeting expenditure budgets.

About You

- A valid RSA & Food safety certificate is essential.
- Excellence in customer service, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
- The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working setting, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience within a conference & hotel environment is preferable, however not essential.
