Bar Manager – Risteski Group - St Lucia

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bar Manager to lead and oversee bar operations of our vibrant restaurant STt Lucia.

This leadership role requires a strong balance of creativity, operational expertise, and team development to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in service.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders, barbacks, and floor staff to deliver premium hospitality.
- Develop, design, and update innovative cocktail menus and beverage lists that align with the venue’s concept.
- Manage beverage ordering, supplier relationships, inventory, and stock control to meet cost and quality targets.
- Implement and maintain service standards, compliance with RSA, and workplace health and safety practices.
- Drive bar profitability through effective cost management, upselling strategies, and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with venue managers and the executive team on events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador,



maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality culture across all venues.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Head Bartender / Bar Manager in high-volume settings.
- Strong mixology knowledge, with the creativity to design unique cocktails and beverage programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills with a focus on team development.
- Sound understanding of stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and delight guests.
- RSA certified, with strong knowledge of compliance and licensing requirements.
