We are seeking an experienced Beauty & Spa Therapist who combines strong practical skills with thoughtful communication, professional maturity and genuine attention to client care.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, builds lasting client relationships and contributes confidently to the smooth running of a professional clinic.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will provide beauty and spa treatments within your qualifications and demonstrated competency, including:

- Male and female body waxing, including intimate waxing
- Eyebrow shaping, waxing, tinting and lamination
- Eyelash tinting and lash lifts
- Manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping and cuticle care
- Relaxation massage
- Body scrubs, wraps and spa body treatments
- Traditional facials where appropriately qualified and competent

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Conducting thorough consultations and identifying contraindications
- Helping clients feel comfortable, respected and well informed throughout their visit
- Providing appropriate treatment and home-care recommendations
- Maintaining accurate treatment notes and client records




- Supporting rebooking and ongoing client relationships
- Managing appointment times and preparing rooms efficiently
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, infection-control and presentation standards
- Taking initiative with daily clinic duties and supporting colleagues

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone whose professionalism is evident in both their treatments and their everyday conduct.

You will bring

- At least two years of recent hands-on beauty or spa experience
- Strong waxing skills, including demonstrated experience in male intimate waxing
- Confidence providing manicures, pedicures, brow services and eyelash tinting
- Experience in brow lamination and lash lifts, ideally
- Appropriate training and demonstrated competency in relaxation massage and body treatments
- Clear, confident communication and attentive listening skills
- A warm, composed manner and sound professional boundaries
- Discretion and respect for client privacy
- Consistent attention to detail, punctuality and personal presentation
- The ability to work independently, manage your appointments and follow through on responsibilities
- A constructive approach to feedback and willingness to adopt MANKiND® treatment and service standards
- Confidence caring for a predominantly male and diverse clientele
- Valid Australian working rights
- Strong computer skills, including confidence using booking systems, maintaining digital client records and managing everyday email and administrative tasks.





QUALIFICATIONS A Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Beauty Therapy is preferred.

Experienced Certificate III in Beauty Services applicants are also welcome, provided they hold additional recognized training and can demonstrate competency in relaxation massage and the body treatments they will perform.

All applicants must be appropriately qualified and competent in the services they provide.
