As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to help our customers find the perfect beauty and skincare products to meet their needs. This dynamic customer facing role is based in our Adelaide City, SA 5000 store.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, guiding customers to the right products and solutions for their needs.

- Demonstrating and promoting products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits.

- Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and innovations.

- Assisting with visual merchandising and stock management to ensure an inviting and well-stocked store.

- Participating in team training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

What we're looking for

- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry, with a strong understanding of current trends and products.

- Experience in makeup applications or other beauty/cosmetic qualifications.





- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help customers find the perfect products.

- Confident communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fastpaced retail environment.

- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.

- A Beauty Advisor who can bring a positive vibe to the role.
