About the role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Back of House (BOH) team member to join our team. This role involves preparing food, making sandwiches during lunch service, and preparing pizza toppings during evening service.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare fresh food and ingredients for daily service

- Make sandwiches and assist with lunch preparation during daytime hours

- Prepare and portion pizza toppings for evening service

- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen and food preparation area

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

- Assist with stock rotation, restocking and general kitchen duties

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support the team during busy periods

About you

- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude, robust work ethic and willingness to learn

- Good time management and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Availability to work weekends is essential, with flexibility to work lunch and/or evening shifts
