Excel Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Coordinator to join the Blacktown team on a permanent full time basis. You will coordinate customer orders and projects from purchase order through to completion, keeping customers and internal teams informed throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or project coordination, experience in manufacturing, HVAC or related sectors, and strong ERP/order management skills.
