This role will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities through third-party sales agents, land agents, referral partners, and other external sales channels. You'll build strong industry relationships, grow house and land package and townhome sales, expand our stock portfolio, and identify opportunities to increase market presence across Melbourne metro areas.

You’ll ideally demonstrate

Experience in B2B sales, ideally involving house and land packages or town homes

Ability to establish and grow relationships with third-party sales agents, land agents,



and referral partners

Existing industry networks and external sales channels would be highly regarded

Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills

Strong earning potential

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify market trends, provide valuable insights and recognise growth opportunities

A proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven approach

A genuine desire to grow, learn and succeed
