BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Service Manager to lead Macquarie Park Catering Services, supporting Shalom Centre, Dorothy Henderson Lodge and Cooinda Court. You’ll oversee hospitality operations, dining experiences and a large team across three established aged care homes.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage resources and budgets, and partner with residential leadership to deliver high-quality meals and service that supports residents’ wellbeing.
