Atlassian is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive technical strategy for our open-weight LLM inference platform. You will own end-to-end programs spanning GPU capacity, model migrations, and cost-per-token efficiency, coordinating with Engineering, Product, Security and Finance.

You will build benchmarking frameworks, govern open-weight adoption, and mentor teams while navigating ambiguity.
