Endeavour Air Conditioning – Caringbah NSW Endeavour Air Conditioning, is based in Caringbah, and is looking for an enthusiastic computer savvy person to assist with the coordination of our Install & Service Departments. A can do attitude with a willingness to learn and strong organisational and administrations skills essential.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating jobs Monitoring service jobs from start to completion Order and allocate stock to jobs Raise and follow up quotes as instructed Raise invoices and follow up payments Entering supplier invoices and reconciling monthly statements Assist with stock take and maintain stock levels as requested Experience with Simpro is an advantage, otherwise training will be made available Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office,



Word and Excel You will be dealing with a variety of people including sales, trades, suppliers and our clients About you: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Friendly, clear communication and a helpful approach to customers and coworkers Initiative, reliability, and the ability to manage changing priorities Confidence using computers, and a willingness to learn Experience in administration, scheduling and customer service is a must. Experience with simPRO is a bonus. Immediate start Monday to Friday Secure position within a growing company Friendly working environment Salary $80,000
