IMPACT Community Services in Hervey Bay, QLD, is seeking a Case Manager for our Intensive Family Support program. This full time, fixed-term role runs until 30 June 2027 with potential extension, to support vulnerable families to safely care for children and achieve positive outcomes. You will work with families facing domestic violence and child protection concerns, conduct assessments, provide home-based support, and collaborate with DFV practitioners and Child Safety.
