Trailmaster Industries is an Australian manufacturer of innovative, lightweight off-road trailers designed to give customers greater freedom, flexibility and simplicity when travelling and exploring.

Based in Wangaratta, Victoria, we design and manufacture our products locally and work with customers and dealers across Australia.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a personable, organised and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and help manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to purchase and beyond.

About the role

This is a varied, full-time role combining sales support, lead qualification, customer service, administration and CRM management.

You will be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers, helping us understand their needs, travel plans, towing setup and intended use before guiding them towards the right solution.

You will follow up enquiries, maintain accurate customer records, report on lead activity and ensure customers receive timely, professional and helpful service.

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, takes pride in staying organised and understands that good sales start with understanding the customer.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to new customer enquiries by phone and email, providing friendly, professional and timely service.

- Qualify incoming leads by understanding customer requirements, intended use, towing vehicles, budgets and purchasing timeframes.

- Follow up prospective customers, maintain regular communication and identify opportunities to progress enquiries.

- Maintain accurate customer records, enter data, update our CRM and ensure all interactions and follow-up actions are recorded.

- Monitor and report on lead activity, enquiry outcomes, sales pipelines and conversion performance.

- Assist customers with product information, quotations, accessories and general product questions.





- Provide ongoing customer service and coordinate with internal team members to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently.

- Support sales initiatives and contribute to improving lead management and customer service processes.

About you

You are a confident communicator who enjoys helping people, asking the right questions and finding practical solutions. You can build rapport with customers while remaining organised and qualified behind the scenes.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Experience in sales, customer service, sales administration or a similar customer-facing role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing customer records and follow-ups.

- Confidence using computers, email, spreadsheets and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new software.

- A proactive approach to following up enquiries, managing priorities and taking ownership of tasks.

- A genuine interest in understanding customer needs rather than simply pushing a sale.

Experience in the trailer, caravan, 4WD, camping or recreational vehicle industry would be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right person.

What we offer

- A base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, with potential to move into 6 figures based on performance.

- Additional commission for completed trailer sales.
