We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across Cornerstone Health. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, analysing business performance, developing reporting solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to provide actionable insights.

The role combines technical data skills with commercial acumen and requires the ability to translate complex data into meaningful information that supports operational and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Finance, your key duties will include but not be limited to:

· Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports

· Deliver actionable insights through descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics

· Define and monitor key performance indicators aligned with business objectives

· Ensure reports and dashboards provide accurate, timely, and meaningful information

· Oversee the design and maintenance of data models and reporting environments

· Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytical processes

· Maintain functional and / or technical documentation





· Provide training and other support to improve data literacy across the business The person To be considered for this role, you must be able to meet the following criteria:

· Tertiary qualification in Business, Data Science, Analytics or similar discipline

· 2 years' experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst role

· Advanced Microsoft Power BI and Excel skills

· Highly proficient in SQL querying and data manipulation

· Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric or other cloud-based analytics platforms

· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self-motivated individual with a professional, enthusiastic and “can do” attitude
