As Borg Group continues to grow and diversify, we're seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Business Integration Analyst to support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses.

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across every aspect of a business. Working closely with acquired businesses and Borg's Shared Services teams, you'll be responsible for understanding how each business operates, identifying risks and opportunities, and coordinating the activities required to successfully integrate them into the Borg Group.

You will play a critical role in ensuring transitions are well-planned, disruption is minimised, and the value of each acquisition is realised as quickly as possible.

What you'll be doing

- Lead business discovery and integration activities for newly acquired companies.
- Lead the discovery and documentation of acquired businesses, capturing systems, processes, people, risks and operational requirements to support successful integration into the Borg Group.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand current business operations, systems and processes.
- Develop integration plans, identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate activities between acquired businesses and Borg's Shared Services teams.
- Support process standardisation, business improvement initiatives and post-acquisition integration projects.

About you





- Experience as a Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, Project Analyst, Management Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business operations including finance, payroll, HR, procurement, IT, ERP systems and operational processes.
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes and analysing complex organisational structures.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, combined with a proactive and commercially focused approach.
