Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with an established travel management company looking to recruit an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join their team.

This is an excellent chance for someone with a background in corporate travel who enjoys managing client bookings, delivering excellent customer service and handling complex travel itineraries.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a Travel Management Company (TMC) or corporate travel environment, with strong GDS knowledge and the ability to manage travel arrangements efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Manage domestic and international business travel bookings, including flights, hotels, rail and car hire.
- Handle new reservations, amendments, cancellations and ticketing requirements.
- Use GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo to research, book and manage travel arrangements.
- Provide expert advice on travel routes, fares, schedules and ticketing options.
- Ensure bookings comply with corporate travel policies and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients,



delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Resolve travel disruptions, schedule changes and last-minute booking requests.
- Identify cost-effective travel solutions while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure all travel documentation is completed correctly.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant or Corporate Travel Consultant.
- Experience working within a Travel Management Company (TMC) or corporate travel environment.
- Strong working knowledge of at least one GDS system, ideally Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
- Experience booking domestic and international flights, hotels and other travel services.
- Good understanding of airline fares, ticketing, reissues and refunds.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident handling complex itineraries and last-minute travel changes.
