We are seeking reliable, hard-working team members to join our factory team. Whether you’re an experienced Cabinet Maker, a skilled CNC / Wood Machinist, or a motivated Workshop Labourer looking for steady work in a professional environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you’ll work as part of an active workshop team. Your daily tasks will be tailored to your skill level:

Cabinet Maker

- Build high-quality cabinets and custom joinery from drawings and job sheets.

- Maintain high standards of quality control—identifying and fixing issues before work leaves the bench.

- Keep your work area organized and contribute to a safe, clean workshop.

- Installation Experience highly regarded.

CNC Operator / Wood Machinist

- Set up and operate workshop machinery safely and accurately.

- Process materials strictly according to cutting lists and job specifications.

- Inspect finished parts for accuracy while minimizing material waste.

- Promptly report machine faults or maintenance needs.

- Maintain machine areas and consistently wear required PPE.

Workshop / Cabinet Labourer

- Perform general workshop support duties as directed.

- Assist with material handling, packing, and staging finished products.





- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workshop setting.

- Support Cabinet Makers and Machinists with lifting, fetching, and basic assembly assistance.

Responsibilities across all roles:

- Follow daily direction from the Factory Manager and update the workflow app.

- Strictly adhere to Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards.

- Flag potential delays or production issues early to keep jobs on schedule.

About you

We are looking for candidates who possess:

- Have relevant experience in cabinet making, CNC/wood machining, or workshop labour (we’ll match the role to your skill level)

- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

- Are reliable, punctual, and happy to follow direction.

- Can work safely around machinery and in a factory environment.

- Have a positive attitude and work well in a team.

Nice to have (not essential):

- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or hands-on CNC experience.

- Experience in custom joinery or kitchen manufacturing

- Current White Card and relevant machinery licences.
