Job Type: Full time Infinite Aged Care Mount Lofty is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor to join our dedicated team in Mount Lofty. This full-time role reports to the General Manager with support from the Clinical Care Manager and supervises care staff to deliver high-quality clinical care.

We aim to uphold best-in-class practices and regulatory standards across our facility. The role focuses on leading the clinical care team, developing care plans, mentoring RNs, ENs and PCWs, and
