Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Arndell Park

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Arndell Park. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Your responsibilities

Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Help interested people understand what the training involves. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission.



The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
