About the role The Brew Shed is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Retail Assistants to join our team in Morayfield, QLD. This is a casual position offering flexible working hours as per fortnightly roster. As a Casual Retail Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail environment.

This role is perfect for individuals seeking adaptable work whilst developing valuable retail experience and customer service skills.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers warmly and providing knowledgeable assistance across our product range

- Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems

- Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and courtesy

- Assisting with stock management and inventory checks as required

- Promoting store products and special offers to customers

- Operating the cash register and handling payments securely

- Supporting team members and contributing to a positive workplace culture

What we're looking for

- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people

- Strong communication abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanour

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

- Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and peak trading periods





- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness

- Basic numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems (experience not essential as training will be provided)

- A willingness to learn about products and develop retail knowledge

- Positive attitude and resilience when managing busy periods
