Arcade Bar & Club is looking for a passionate, reliable and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our team!

We’re on the hunt for someone who takes pride in their food, thrives under pressure and understands what it takes to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a busy hospitality environment.

The Role

As our Full-Time Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our standards for quality, presentation and consistency.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes during service.
- Maintaining consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation.
- Managing food preparation, stock rotation and ordering.
- Maintaining excellent kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ensuring all equipment and kitchen areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Minimising food waste and assisting with cost control.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods.
- Collaborating with management and the wider team to improve kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For




- Previous experience as a Chef in a professional commercial kitchen.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures.
- The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-focused mindset.
- Reliability, accountability and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Availability to work a flexible hospitality roster, including evenings and weekends.
