About the role
As Centre Director at Goodstart Nambour – City View Terrace, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, guiding the operation of the centre while supporting and developing Teachers, Educators, and future leaders. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community while ensuring the centre delivers exceptional educational outcomes and operates as a sustainable, high-performing business. In this role, you'll: Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice Build and mentor a talented team of early learning professionals Foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families,
