Village National is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations at our Moranbah camp. You will have full P&L; responsibility, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

Role offers FIFO or DIDO from Brisbane with a 2 weeks on/off roster. You will oversee crew management, safety, and compliance while maintaining solid client relationships and cost control.
