We’re hiring: Clinical Operations (Pharmacist) | Hola

Hola Health delivers on-demand telehealth and same-day medicine delivery across Australia. We’re growing fast, and the quality and safety of our care underpins everything we do.

We’re looking for a qualified, AHPRA-registered pharmacist to be the clinical quality backbone of our practitioner and pharmacy network.

What you’ll do

- Uphold clinical quality and compliance across prescribing, dispensing and delivery
- Be the clinical point of contact for our pharmacy partners and help grow the network
- Help run clinical audits, give practitioners transparent and constructive feedback, and drive improvements
- Develop and maintain the clinical policies, processes and resources our network works to




- Support our Clinical Lead and CMO on clinical escalations

What you’ll bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
- 3 to 5 years’ post-registration experience
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, the PBS, TGA requirements and pharmacy operations
- Confidence giving feedback to doctors and pharmacy partners, backed by evidence
- A high bar for detail and a habit of fixing root causes, not just symptoms

Bonus: telehealth, digital health or online pharmacy experience.

You’ll report to our Clinical Network Manager in a hands-on role with real ownership.
