Working closely alongside with another Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance, coaching and developing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or experienced retail leader, with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A growth mindset, with the ambition to progress into Store Manager or senior leadership opportunities.
- Strong coaching skills and a passion for building engaged, high-performing teams.




- Excellent operational knowledge across visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation.

Sales & Service

- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, added value, UPT and overall store performance.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales.
- Connect with customers and share your knowledge of our world-famous Skechers products.

Coaching & Leadership

- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
- Create a fun, energetic and supportive team culture through hands-on leadership.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Step up and take ownership of store operations when required.

Store Operations

- Support day-to-day store operations, prioritising and delegating tasks effectively.
- Monitor business performance, celebrate wins and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain high standards across wage control, shrinkage, visual merchandising and stock accuracy.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
