Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve CMDB health, data accuracy, and governance.

- Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, ACC, and cloud integrations.

- Manage CMDB integrations, IRE rules, Service Graph Connectors, and data imports.

- Monitor and remediate data quality, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle issues.

- Support Software and Hardware Asset Management processes and reporting.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with solid expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.

- Experience with AWS, CyberArk, and enterprise-scale CMDB environments
