Davidson is partnering with Territory Generation to appoint three senior leaders within its Commercial and Business Development function. Reporting to the General Manager Commercial and Business Development, these roles offer significant opportunities to influence commercial strategy, major investment decisions and the future of energy across the Northern Territory.

Manager Commercial Gas A unique opportunity to establish and lead TGen's newly created commercial gas function, taking responsibility for a significant gas portfolio across the Northern Territory and East Coast markets. This role will oversee complex gas supply and transportation agreements, optimise portfolio value, develop commercial strategies and build the systems, governance and specialist capability required to support TGen's evolving gas business.

We are seeking an experienced commercial gas leader with expertise in gas markets, portfolio management, commercial negotiations and market risk.

Manager Wholesale, Retail and Regulation





Play a pivotal role in shaping TGen's commercial position as the Northern Territory progresses significant electricity market reform. This role will lead wholesale and retail market operations, major commercial agreements, regulatory engagement and customer relationships, while influencing the development of new market structures and commercial frameworks.

We are seeking a commercially astute energy leader with experience in electricity markets, regulation, trading, commercial contracting or energy market reform.

Manager Energy Business Solutions

Lead the development of TGen's next generation of energy projects, progressing major investment opportunities from early concept through to Final Investment Decision. Working across renewable energy, battery storage, thermal generation and emerging technologies, this role will shape commercial investment models, strategic partnerships and new energy solutions that support the Territory's future energy needs.

We are seeking a senior energy or infrastructure development leader with demonstrated experience in commercial project development, investment evaluation and progressing complex projects through to investment decision.
