Maintenance, Projects & Asset Infrastructure | Fremantle & Kwinana Region
About Us
Tasman Asset Management Services (TAMS) is part of the Tasmea Group, a national network of specialist maintenance, engineering and asset management businesses operating across Australia.
We deliver electrical maintenance, projects and asset management services to major industrial, commercial and infrastructure clients throughout Western Australia. As a locally operated business backed by a national group, we offer the flexibility and culture of a local team with the stability, resources and career opportunities of a larger organisation.
Our work spans ports, industrial facilities, government assets, commercial buildings and critical infrastructure, providing our team with a diverse range of projects and long-term maintenance opportunities.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Electrician to join our team working predominately throughout the Fremantle and Kwinana industrial corridor.
This role involves a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, testing and commissioning, breakdown response, minor projects, electrical upgrades and general asset maintenance across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites.
We are flexible on engagement and are open to discussing full-time, casual or subcontract arrangements for the right candidate.
This position would suit someone looking to get off the FIFO treadmill and establish a long-term Perth-based career, while continuing to work on technically challenging industrial assets.
As the business grows, opportunities will exist to progress into Leading Hand, Estimating, Project Delivery or Supervisory roles for those interested in developing their career beyond the tools.

About You We're a business that values loyalty, accountability and a strong work ethic. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career and grow with the business, rather than someone who's simply chasing their next payslip.
The right person will be reliable, professional, take pride in their workmanship and be willing to support the team around them. In return, we offer stable employment, varied work, career development opportunities and a workplace where good people are recognised and rewarded.

The Type of Person Who Will Succeed This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering quality work and wants to be part of a team where their contribution genuinely matters.
You'll be comfortable making decisions in the field, solving problems, mentoring apprentices and building strong working relationships with clients. You understand that successful maintenance work is about more than technical ability. It's about reliability, communication, planning ahead and consistently delivering a professional service.
Most importantly, you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business where you can develop your career and help shape the future of the operation.
