Are you a lawyer looking to move beyond traditional legal practice and into commercial advisory?

We're working with an established consultancy that advises construction and infrastructure clients delivering some of Australia's most high profile major projects.

As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded lawyer who is interested in applying their legal skills in a broader project advisory environment.

This is an prospect to work at the intersection of law, commercial strategy, and project delivery, supporting clients on complex contractual and commercial issues.

You'll work alongside experienced legal, commercial, and project advisory professionals, assisting clients with:

- Contract interpretation, administration and commercial advice.
- Contractual claims, variations and entitlement assessments.
- Commercial strategy, risk management and dispute avoidance.
- Procurement, tendering and contract negotiations.
- Analysing complex contractual issues and developing practical commercial solutions.
- Supporting the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects.

About you We're particularly interested in hearing from lawyers with approximately 3–6 years' experience who have:





- Experience in construction law, projects, infrastructure or commercial contracts.
- Strong contractual interpretation, drafting and analytical skills.
- An interest in the commercial realities of project delivery.
- The ability to communicate complex issues clearly and practically.
- A genuine appetite to build a career outside traditional legal practice.

Experience advising contractors, developers, and government agencies would be particularly valuable. You don't need to have worked in a commercial advisory role before. We're interested in people who can apply their legal training to practical commercial challenges and want to work closely with clients delivering era-defining projects.
