Your Role

As a contractor with Best Home Therapy, you’ll visit clients in their homes to provide personalised, one-on-one care. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your schedule, while our admin team supports you with referrals, onboarding, and ongoing clinical collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

? Assessment & Treatment – Provide individualised physiotherapy plans

? Hands-On Care – Support mobility, strength, pain management, and falls prevention

? Client & Family Education – Empower people to manage health at home

? Collaboration – Liaise with OTs, support coordinators, GPs,



and case managers

? Documentation – Maintain timely and clear clinical notes and reports

We’re Looking For:

- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with ABN
- Based in Boronia or surrounds, with a car and valid driver’s license
- Confident working independently in the community
- Robust clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills
- Experience with older adults, Support at Home and NDIS preferred
- Passionate about holistic, person-centered care
