Workforce International is seeking a Bids & Tender Co-ordinator to join our Mascot team on a full-time basis. You will manage end-to-end bid submissions, coordinate with senior managers across operations, finance and HR, and ensure high-quality proposals meet client specifications.

The role requires solid written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tender deadlines.
